Rest Day...
I have had a slight twinge in the middle of my upper back for the past few days, so I decided to just rest up yesterday and today to let it recover. I plan to pick things back up on Thursday. Then it's back to the grindstone!!
This blog serves as my personal kettlebell lifting and workout log. Its purpose is to serve as a database for storing my daily workout information and also to offer others an insight into my training methods and program design.
