- I am the owner of The Edge Fitness Center, originally from Wales (UK), now living in North Carolina. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA), a Certified Kettlebell Trainer (IKFF) as well as a Certified CrossFit Trainer. My true passion lies in kettlebell lifting and teaching others the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle in an attempt to achieve a balance of mind and body fitness/wellness. Future aspirations are to continue teaching, to compete at a high level in kettlebell sport, and achieve the rank of master of sport. My current World Kettlebell Club (WKC) ranking is I for the long cycle (clean and jerk) and VI for the traditional (jerk/snatch).
